
Our policies
These policies are designed to foster a positive and collaborative working relationship between our team and clients, ensuring mutual respect and successful outcomes.
Cancellation Period:
Clients must provide a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment to cancel or reschedule without incurring a cancellation fee. This allows us ample time to adjust our schedule accordingly.
Cancellation Fee:
Cancellations made within the specified notice period will not incur any fees. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the total service cost. The cancellation fee will be invoiced to the client directly.
No Show Policy:
Clients who fail to be present at the scheduled appointment or leave access via a key or door code to the house without prior notice will be considered a "no-show" and may be charged the full service fee.
Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we will assess cancellations on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
Invoice due date:
Payments are due on the specified due date indicated on the invoice.
Accepted payment methods:
We accept direct bank transfers.
